We are raising money to help get Lou Hick to the Worlds to represent Great Britain

A personal Trainer and Onefitwarrior fitness studio owner, from Liskeard has been selected to repersent Great Britain as a bodybuilder in two world events in Italy.

IBFA worlds held in September in Rome & WABBA Mr & Mrs Universe held in November in Venice .

She has had her flights to both locations & accommodation to one sponsored however as you can imagine there are a lot of hidden costs that are included when competing .

We are raising money to help with travel, tickets, food, the competition overall look, along with all the other hidden costs it will involve .

After the success Lou had this weekend , We are confident Lou is going BIG time and has huge potential in this sport ( the judges words not mine) We all know however BIG Lou gets, Lou will always be that kind, supporting, motivating positive individual we all look up to and love. Lou loves nothing more than inspring and motivating others in becoming the best version of themselves. .

Lou is a dedicated fitness fanatic, mum of 2 girls, a personal trainer operating out of her private studio, spending her working day supporting, encouraging and motivating people of all ages and abities to reach their health and wellbeing goals.
