Our wonderful and very much loved friend Nicky is fighting cancer. She was diagnosed in May 2016 with Grade 3 Invasive Ductal Carcinoma triple negative - Stage IV. This type of cancer is a rare and aggressive form of breast cancer, that grew in only a few short weeks.
Nicky has already undergone 6 rounds of Fec-t chemo, 2 rounds of tablet chemo, 6 rounds of Carbo Platin chemo, 20 days of intensive radio therapy, a masectomy and lymph node removal.
Nicky is a single mum, who is juggling to be both parents to her beautiful 3 year old son, as well as battle against this evil disease and live with the effects of its treatment.
Throughout all this, she has remained brave and courageous, and her sheer determination to win this fight, is something that is both humbling and inspiring. She is so strong and beautiful, and even when all of those around her are crumbling, she just smiles through her tears and pushes forward, always radiating hope.
Unfortunately, because of how aggressive her cancer is, Nicky is not eligiable for any UK Trials, and now conventional treatments are failing.
Our beloved Nicky has been given 2 years to live.
Nicky and her family are not giving up. They are trying to raise money for Nicky to receive:

A. IV Vitamin C Therapy
B. Immuno-Therapy in Austria or Germany

These treatments will cost a minimum of £80,000.

Time is a very precious thing but it is something that we all take for granted. Time will give Nicky the chance to fulfill dreams, and create wonderful memories with her little boy to treasure always. What we want more than anything, is for these two to have all the time in the world to share together.
