I am planning to go out to Sri Lanka in July of summer 2017, I have to fundraise for a part of this trip, to help with all of the volunteering aspects I will be doing.
Firstly, I will spend a period of time doing environmental volunteering which includes jungle replantation, river and beach clean up and assisting in many animal related activities: turtle watches and hatching, looking after orphaned monkeys and anything else that might crop up in the animal hospital.
Secondly, I will be participating in an English Development programme in multiple of Sri Lanka's schools. This will include lesson planning, teaching, and teaching assistance all on the English subject.
