1 in 4 of us will experience mental illness in our lifetime. Not only does it affect the sufferer, it affects families, friends, employment and every other area of daily life.

Mental illness can strike anyone. It knows no age limits, economic status, race, creed or colour.

Mind Your Head Moray is a peer support group for people who are affected by mental health issues. Their aim is to raise awareness of the debilitating illnesses that affect people day to day. It is an informal group offering companionship and support.

I am raising funds to help spread the word, to help roll out other groups in the area and subsidise outings for those people who find it difficult to go out.

Your donation will be well used locally for what is an international problem.
