I am leading the Tewkesbury school project this year, the reason I am leading it is due to my recent work over in Ghana. I volunteered over in a special needs school during the recent summer, from this I gained an added respect for the way students are so willing to learn despite horrendous living conditions such as no water.
I want to raise money for the school in order to send large shipments of books over, as well as send any books pupils have at home and do not use. We have a non-uniform day coming up, however I want to raise more so that we can continually send books to feed their education system.
A better quality education will prevent these children from becoming jobless and homeless, reduce teenage pregnancy and give them a better quality of life. Any donation big or small will be massively appreciated!

Hi Everyone, Tewkesbury school has a large amount of textbooks and old resources unavailable to our curriculum just lying around. I want to send all these books over to third world schools where kids would extremely benefit from them. These can support their education and help them learn more essential life skills so that they have a greater chance of a more positive future. I would appreciate any money donations - using fundraising as well as kind donations I want to send two shipments throughout the year :) Miss Courtney
