I've raised £4000 to Fund a memorial for Mitch Ross and raise money for the Special Boat Service Association, who support members and their families through life

Mitch was a serving member of the Armed Forces in the Special Boat Service Association (SBS), having spent nine years there and four in the Royal Marines prior to that, including numerous operational tours in those years. Unfortunately, because of the nature of the role Mitch held in the SBS, his military accolades will be largely confined to the secrecy archives.
This fund will be spent in two ways: the first part will be used to place a bench on Bredon Hill, overlooking the vale of Evesham where he grew up, to commemorate his military service and remember the man who meant a great deal to so many.
The second part of the fund will be donated to the Special Boat Service Association, which provides a lifetime of support to service members and their dependents. They provide practical, financial and emotional support for their members and families. In this instance, their unwavering support for Mitch’s family has highlighted just how important their work is. They are 100% privately funded so rely on your donations to be able to continually provide this support. Read about their work here: https://www.theassociation.org.uk
Thank you very much for reading; anything you can give will be greatly appreciated.
