It came to my attention today that Ms Swale was brutally knocked to the floor and robbed in her own home. This footage has been circling social media today (17/5/16).

Within seconds of seeing her forced to the floor and robbed of her wedding ring of 48 years - tears began to fall down my face.

What if this was my mother/grandmother?

I would be sickened to my core if anyone did this to my loved ones, especially those who are more vulnerable.

This story and footage struck me so hard that I felt compelled to do something.

So I am fundraising to help buy back Ms Swale her jewellery. I know that we will never be able to replace the incredibly sentimental items that were stolen, but there can be some solace in a replacement - so her finger is not bare.

Please help me raise money to give Ms Swale back a slice of dignity after her horrific robbery.
