Weʼve raised £310 to get a door for the Museum of Happiness in London
- Funded on Wednesday, 23rd November 2016

Story
The Museum of Happiness started just under two years ago with pop-up events to help participants from all walks of life cultivate happiness for themselves and others. In May this year the Museum found a permanent home that would allow it to host weekly workshops on top of the various pop-ups that have now been taken to various places outside London.
While their January pop-up at Spitalfields market attracted much media attention and their list of fans has not stopped growing, the Museum has never sought any external funding. As the co-founders wish to continue providing workshops and events for free, at subsidised prices or on a donation-based basis, they now need some help with the first step - getting a proper door for the premise!
With just £300 or a few pounds from each supporter, the Museum will be able to get a door in place before launching its weekly programme this November. Participants at their events this autumn have really struggled to stay warm, even with two heaters, so without a door, new workshops could not take place over the winter ahead.
A door would not only help keep the space warm for visitors, it would also help the Museum save energy thus being more environmentally friendly.
Make a difference with just £2!
Thank you!
