Story
Assalamu alaikum...
Some of you may be aware of the heartbreaking stories of the poor farmers in the greater region of Sylhet who have lost everything they harvested as a result of unexpected flooding of their paddy fields.
We wish to help some of these poor farmers by distributing 100 sacks of rice each containing 50kg of rice. One sack of rice costs roughly £20 and would feed a poor family for a month. Our target is to reach £2000 for distributing atleast 100 sacks.
This target might seem little in comparison to the actual number of people affected by the crop failure but any contribution will make a big difference to these poor farmers' lives. With Ramadan fast approaching it will bring a tear of joy and happiness to some of the poor farmers and their families.
Please donate at least £20 for a sack of rice. May Allah reward you in this life and in the Hereafter!
