Weʼve raised £930 to Please help repair water damage at our club, Nippon Dai Martial Arts Academy

    Blackburn, United Kingdom
Funded on Monday, 3rd July 2017

    What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered nonprofit.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

We pride ourselves as a Martial arts club in teaching students the importance of self-defence, respect & discipline whilst ensuring every student is safe. It is heart-breaking to have to turn away our students due to poor club conditions caused by the flood. With water damage to both equipment and the dojo it is unsafe to hold sessions as we are unable to finance the repairs needed to return the club back to the standard we pride ourselves on. As you know this is not the first time we have had this happen but we believe the issue with the roof has been resolved and hope that this will be the last time we need to do this.

Funds will be spend on the following:

    Replacing the Tatami (training area)
    Repairing/replacing the arch
    Replacing carpet tiles
    Re painting the walls
    Replacing water damaged equipment

We appreciate any donations received no matter what the amount and thank you for you continued support.
