Sometimes people get a bit sad, the weight of the world they have been supporting for so long gets too heavy and it eats them up inside. This is when they need a little pick me up, usually turning to drugs or alcohol. This isn't a good way for them to deal with their problems because essentially they are just borrowing happiness from tomorrow.

I asked myself the question, what would make me feel better in a world where anything is possible?

Animals.
Chocolate.
Laughter.
Building dens.
Being warm and comfortable free from the restraints of worry.

Now I know this doesn't sound like business plan of the year 1992 but i am a keen builder and artist. I love the great outdoors and animals are a big passion of mine. Animals are special because they seem to know how you're feeling just by looking into your eyes. Animals don't care if bills spreadsheet contradicts the figures in your presentation. Animals don't wait in busy traffic or worry about what they eat.

Now I am proposing a project unlike any other.

Animals meet people meet nature meet freedom and happiness.

I want to purchase a field somewhere quiet, where stars are not hidden by the street lamps below, where cars do not go. Where animals are wild but not far from a home.

In the heart of Somerset I will build a collection of 'nests', prefabricated and then set into the field under a layer of earth for insulation. Rescue laying hens, cats, ducks and dogs among others will be free to roam around. There will be hot unlimited shower facilities and arts and craft workshops to raise money to keep it open. We will grow as much food as we can to sell at market to keep the place alive. People will not be charged to stay but rather they'll have to get stuck in where possible to keep things flowing, perhaps as a grower, an egg collector or an animal groomer.

Let's make this dream a reality!
