Europa Club members. When the final target of £3000 was set, this was in the hope that at least £2000 could be raised. In fact exactly £4000 was donated, including £50 which got paid directly into our club's bank account. Therefore the estimate is that Carole should receive about £3700 after fund and card charges get deducted. Your generosity and the list of your comments to be given to Carole will surely convey our love and respect for Neville, as well as comforting her now and into the future.

Many thanks to all of you for such a superb response. There are about 3 weeks left before this appeal closes, when JustGiving will pay in your donations less a small percentage directly to The Europa Club bank account. Even if only a little more comes in, Carole should receive at least £3000 after charges. We can't thank you enough!

I've always had huge respect for Nev, the practical Europa man, and recently was planning to contact him to seek help to resurrect my stalled project. It's going to be much harder now.....

Known & worked with Nev for nearly 30 years, he had a solution for everything, not just Europa's but every news event that came up, usually unrepeatable! Will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

Very sorry to hear about Nev. My Europa kit has several bits built by Nev & we had a day one-to-one on composite techniques in Yorkshire. Nice helpful guy, will be sorely missed.
