I have signed up to go to Nicaragua with World Challenge in July 2017. I am allowed to raise the money to fund the trip in various ways, as long as it is organised by me. I already have a job, and am planning on raising the money through charity and services (for example, car wash, bag packing, garage sales, etc.) On the trip we will be going on expeditions throughout areas of Nicaragua, but more importantly we will be helping local villages and towns at points in our trip. Not only will helping local efforts like renovating a school or teaching English be helpful for the community, it will also be beneficial for me as a person. Even when we aren't on an expedition or helping the community, we will still be living alongside these communities, and getting involved in their culture. Any amount of money will help me fund this trip to Nicaragua, so all donations will be much appreciated.
