Hi All

Nick has been offered the opportunity to go to New York in April 2017 to work for a film company. This is an amazing opportunity for him to get the experience and contacts he needs for his future.
As most of you know Nick had to give up being a mechanic in 2015 due to his chronic health condition (crohns). It meant he had to completely start his life over and go back to college to begin again. He chose to study for a career in film and media and had the huge task of accepting he had to start from scratch. As you all know we had baby winter during his exams this year and despite this he achieved great grades and was offered this placement. Having a baby has meant we are very short of income, especially since I am on maternity leave and so we are trying to raise some of the £1000 needed so he can accept the placement offered to him.
Any contributions are really appreciated and it truly is an amazing cause to help someone who has had the guts and bravery to begin from the start and accept life throws punches at you but you get up again.
