I was born with cerbal palsy and had two stroke, one in September 2013 and another in March 2014 which changed my life forever. Which meant that I was no long able to walk on my own. I have two children with disabilities.
I'm trying to raise money for a electric wheelchair that folds and goes into the car so I can have my independents back when we are out and about instead of having to be push every where eg the toilet, shopping and being able to go out and spend quality time doing activities with my husband and children.Given me whole new lease of life and quality of life
