So you would think you would learn from your mistakes... But apparently I don't or I'm a glutton for punishment!
I have done a few fundraising events in the past and I now have two lined up:
On Sunday 2nd October I will be talking part in a 3 in 1 event, which involves; Walking on hot coals, walking on broken glass and breaking a plank of wood with just my hand!
And on 9th April 2017 I am running the Brighton Marathon, yep the full one, a whole 26 miles.

Having done a marathon before I know exactly what I'm getting myself into but fingers crossed I'll make it through and maybe even beat my previous time. That is if I don't cut or burn my paws on glass/coals beforehand!

So you may be asking yourself why the heck I am putting myself through these things, including hours and hours of training for the marathon. Well, that would be to raise some well needed funds for Helping Paws.

Helping Paws are a bunch of animal lovers who go the extra mile to help furry friends in need wherever they are. Working around full time jobs we do what we can to try and make a difference to the lives of animals; whether that's arranging for strays to be neutered/spayed, sending food, blankets etc to shelters or arranging new homes for some very lucky pooches/kitties. Every penny we raise goes to the animals, everyone involved is a volunteer and we can't do it without your help.

So please, dig deep, put your paws into your pockets and give us a pound to feed a hound.... Or maybe even a few!
