Story
It is with the greatest regret and sadness that we are setting up this Just Giving page for the Newman family, who sadly and tragically lost their son Nye on New Year's Day following an accident in Paris on New Years Eve.
Nye was an amazing gymnast and Parkour enthusiast, and this year had travelled all over the world with his friends and the Parkour team he founded to take part in events in places as far flung as Hong Kong and Switzerland. Tragically, during this New Year's Eve festivities, he was involved in a terrible accident on the Paris Metro.
Nye was 17 years old, young and strong and had so much before him; there are some wonderful videos online on youtube, facebook and instagram if you would like to see him and his amazing friends in action.
Nye leaves a desperately grieving and shocked family and we would like to ensure that finances are one less thing they have to worry about for now. Part of any donations received will go towards therapy for Nye's young friends who were there at the time at the time of the accident, and his mum Debs, dad Jake, brother and sister Keir and Connie.
This is one way we can all show our support as close friends and are sure that others will feel the same. Our initial goal will be £10,000.00 and thank you if you would like to donate.
