Ostomates (people who have a Stoma) in Scotland face a lack of available peer support after discharge and can experience feelings of isolation/loneliness. POOSScotland CIC facilitates peer support for all ostomates and their support network in the community. Peer support creates a safe space to share experience and feel empowered to live inclusive within the community.
