Story

Paige is a 7 year old girl who absolutely loves rhinos and since the age of 2, after seeing her first Rhino at Yorkshire Wildlife Park and not wanting to leave the Rhinos enclosure, Paige has been obsessed ever since with Rhinos and has now decided she would like to do something to help protect them from endangerment and protect them from poachers. Paige also has a love for dogs and has been following the amazing work that Dogs4Wildlife do and there part in protecting not just Rhinos but other incredible animals too.
Earlier this year at Crufts, Paige met Nkosi who is a puppy Bavarian Hound who is currently being trained up to detect illegal products and poachers in the African reserves to prevent any more animals from getting poached. Nkosi will hopefully be going to Africa soon and together with his handler he will help fight the ongoing slaughter of these beautiful creatures.

Recently Paige has been asking how she can help Save The Rhino's....
So she has decided to do a 2 mile bike ride or a 2 mile walk every day for 2 weeks.
The number 2 represents the 2 Rhinos that are brutally killed or severely hurt on average every day by poachers for their horns.

Paige's aim is to raise £500 to pay for the travel expenses of Nkosi or his friends to get to Africa.

Paige will keep everyone updated on her progress with daily pictures and a strava map of where she has been, we're hoping that friends will also join her on this incredible fundraiser.
Paige will either bike for 2 mile or walk for 2 miles every day for 14 days come rain, snow or sun.

Paige will be doing this fundraiser in December, she will have her wellies and rain coat at the ready so she can splash her way to save the rhinos....

Dogs4Wildlife have been incredibly supportive of Paige with her fundraising, so would like to say a special thank you to them we look forward to raising (hopefully) lots of money for their dogs to protect our endangered animals.
Please follow Dogs4Wildlife on there Facebook page.
