In 2024 we are racing in the World’s Toughest Row – Atlantic (formerly the Talisker Whiskey Atlantic challenge). This is a 3000 mile unsupported row across the Atlantic which will take approximately 35 days and by taking part we hope to raise money for Yorkshire based projects being run by Macmillan, the Stroke Association and The Ambulance Staff Charity.

This page is to raise the funds required to get us to the start line. Before we can undertake this challenge we will need to undergo nautical navigation courses, buy enough food for three hungry people to last 3000 miles at sea and of course a boat. These are just some of the many costs associated with an unsupported ocean row.

250 Club: The 250 Club is a group of ParOARmedics supporters from individuals to small business who have pledged £250 going directly towards the costs of our challenge and getting us to the start line, allowing us to raise as much as possible for our charities.

As a 250 Club member you’ll not only get that warm fuzzy feeling of being part of something epic - you’ll also have your name on the boat, so you’ll actually be with us while we row across the Atlantic. If that still isn't enough, we’ll even add you to our 250 Club Hall of Fame on our website and give you a shout out on our social media channels.
