We found out earlier this year in March that my partner of 8years & father of my 8month old baby girl, has stage 4 bowel cancer. It has been an incredibly difficult & emotional journey to where we are now.

I asked for advice in terms of alternative treatment & we received a lot of responses. One thing we have looked into is treatment at the care oncology clinic, which will cost £400 for an initial consultation & £60 for a 3 month supply of the medication. We have also looked into cannabis oil, change of diet, juice fasting, apricot kernels/vitiman B-12, Essiac tea & adding supplements to his diet to ensure he's body can recover.

The surgical doctors told us that usually a patient with his cancer only has months left. We have a 9month old daughter & we WILL NOT just accept that this fight is over.

A fund raising page was so kindly set up on our behalf. The purpose of this post is to ask for donations, however small. We will use whatever we can raise towards the cost of his private treatment & medication.

If you can help, it would go a long way into helping us beat this cancer. If you can advise me on any alternative treatments or other options, again it will help us & we will look into all the suggestions.
