Peter Hofschroer will be out on bail - tomorrow, hopefully. He will be making his way to a safe place, where an exceptionally kind activist has offered him a room to stay in. He was found guilty (wrongfully, we believe) of sexual offence charges but served FAR MORE time than his sentence while being held in prison waiting for the case to come up in court! As you know, this whole affair was a set up by people who have plenty to hide .

He has another case coming up soon, for which he has been granted this bail. There will be an attempt to deport him and put him in a mental institution in Austria. We have to stop it. His mother is being held prisoner in a nursing home and her assets have been stolen. She is under the Court of Protection - the most common tool used to steal assets, particularly of the elderly, children, and mentally infirm.

If anyone would like to make contact with him to help him in anyway that they can, it will be appreciated. He will have no money and only the clothes he was wearing when imprisoned in December 2014. I am sure he would welcome any legal advice, although he does have a lawyer. Let me know of ways that you might be able to help him. He has a car in York area, but it will need tax and insurance, not to mention gasoline. He is currently in HM Prison, Holme House. I am informed he will be given a travel warrant, but that won't help him re moving his car.
