We would like to raise this money to create a lasting legacy for our friend Pippa, whom we tragically lost on Saturday 29th October.

Pippa was heavily involved with the local community, she was a Town Councillor, a volunteer on the local nature reserves and a member of the local amateur dramatic society. Her family would like any monies raised to go towards a community project or similar.

Pippa always put herself out to help others, wether cutting back brambles on public footpaths, trying to save our local children's centre or gamely agreeing to wear a Shaun the Sheep outfit for days on end. She made a beautiful elf at the Marsh Farm Christmas events, and was a very much lived member of staff there.

If you spoke to Pippa about her family, the pride and love for them shone through. She was known for her wonderful smile and very naughty giggle. Few if any could have guessed of her battles with depression as she was always the first to be there with a hug and cuddle should anyone be feeling down. She loved to dance and was always singing and bopping along as she went about her business.

Tragically, Pippa, whilst suffering from postnatal depression, couldn't see herself as others did, and took her own life, leaving a devastated family behind including a loving husband and two small boys the youngest being less than 5 months old.
