In May 2020, admidst the first lockdown, I started Positivity by Post to spread a little kindness and brighten the days of those struggling.

Since then I have sent out over 600 letters, cards and care packages and made a difference to the days of people with chronic illnesses, disabilities and mental health conditions.

I send out free positivity packages to anyone in the UK who is struggling or having a tough time. I get 100+ applications from people who are in need of a little kindness and support. You can nominate yourself or someone else. It is amazing what a difference a small gesture such as sending someone a care package in the post can make to their overall wellbeing.

Postage costs are the main outgoing costs of the project and we rely soley on donations. £3 covers the cost posting someone a care pack and if you are able to support in any way it is super duper appreciated and means A LOT to me. The money donated goes on postage costs and mailing supplies, but also goes towards buying items to go into the packages.
