Story
Having won the Welsh Junior Team Championships with the youngest team there by 3 years! This great bunch of boys and girls are now heading out to Spain to compete in the National Finals. Unfortunately, despite all the other National golfing unions providing funding for their winning teams to compete, the Welsh Golfing Union are unable to provide this team with any sort of funding. Instead we are relying on the kindness of our members, supporters and anybody who wishes to give these juniors the chance to compete at the highest level any of them have ever been. Their hard work and dedication to their golf and themselves is shown by not only how well they play the game but also their demeanour both on and off the golf course.
It's an understatement to say they are a great bunch and they certainly represent our club so well. What we all want to do as a club, is to give them the opportunity that they so deserve and send them to Spain in style!
The funding we acquire will be put towards their flights, accommodation, attire, and their living costs whilst away.
Any donations, no matter their size will be massively appreciated not only by us at Pyle & Kenfig but the team themselves! They will not be resting on their laurels and expecting the money to be provided to them. Additionally, they will be doing countless money raising activities themselves in order to get them on that plane!
Whether you choose to donate or not, I would like to thank you for taking the time to read our story and only ask that if you are unable to donate, to share this page with someone you feel could be willing.
