Rhyl Silver Band has been a part of the local community in North Wales for nearly 140 years and has been playing to entertain and serve the public.

Recently, in 2015, the band won the Welsh Area in the third section and progressed to the final in Cheltenham. The band did the same this year in 2016 where we have now also achieved a promotion to the second section where we hopefully can still achieve contest glory!

We are a charity and rely solely on donations in order to keep our band and club running. Without donations we could not function and the band simply wouldn't be here.

A new roof has been needed in the band room for quite a long time now and it has taken a step for worse. It is leaking quite badly in places and could easily collapse if we get much more heavy rainfall! It could cost us in excess of £3000 which is something that we are struggling to afford given our running costs. This is why we kindly ask all of you for help.
