Hi, my name is Colin Roberts, I got accepted into the London marathon through the ballot. I was delighted with this, as the second I got my acceptance letter I knew exactly what I wanted to do with the platform I had been given. A dear friend of mine, that some of you may know, Natalie Shaw was diagnosed with the devastating disease MND (motor neurone disease). She was diagnosed at the start of the year and I have been amazed with the courage and attitude she has shown. I feel this is an opportunity for me to be able to contribute by raising funds which Natalie can use however she wishes to help her live with MND.
