I been volunteering for four close charities in the last five years Fair Frome that run a food bank and at the moment struggling to keep up with demand.Frome Carnival that been going for 100 years and is struggling for money and volunteers that cost £10,000 a year and finally Purple Elephant and run the Bath Half in 2023 in 2hr 34min for my first time ever.The plan was to run 12 and went over so decided to do 24 and with all my runs and halfs I have done 360 miles.So have decided to continue to 1000 miles.I am running out of money for entry fees so from now on will be doing longs runs and recording on stava and putting it on my Dumbo facebook page https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61565183968410.This month and next I running from trowbridge to london along the canal it safe and can race the canal boats,I done trowbridge to pewsey last thursday 10th oct 26 miles in 5 hours my first marthon.Next week when he better doing pewsey to newbury in one day then next to london.And after that london to birmingham along the canal.I am now on 1300 miles
