    What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is the new way to raise money for a personal cause on JustGiving.

Rast Baaz Khan was a Public Prosecutor in KP, (North West Province) in Pakistan. He volunteered for the Anti Terrorist Courts. He trained specially away from home. He served in the AT courts with honesty and ability. He had no security, no protection but carried on and prosecuted some of the most wicked terrorist crimes.

Because of this he was killed, shot in a targeted killing as he returned from prayers.

He was killed because of the attitude he took to his work and the ability he did it with.

There is no government support now for his family. His wife has never worked, his children may not go to school again without financial support. There are many victims like this in the world, but his killing was an attempt to intimidate those who fight terrorism. This appeal is so that those who bravely put their lives at risk, every day, at work and in their communities, can know that at least their families will not be left destitute.
