Story
On the 8th April 2024, it was with great sadness that we lost a dear friend and colleague very suddenly, Al Taylor.
At only 42, Al left behind his beautiful wife and very young daughter.
Al had an amazing character and unique charm, he was full of life and was admired and loved by so many.
Al was a keen runner and had planned to run a half marathon with his wife that he never got the chance to complete.
In his honour we are going to run the Battersea half marathon on the 20th Oct as a team alongside his wife and hope to raise some money for his gorgeous daughter and for Winston's Wish, an amazing charity that helps and works with bereaved children like Al's daughter to create long lasting beautiful memories of their lost loved ones and help them cope with grief.
Please join us in supporting this charity and Al’s family by donating.
Every Penny Counts
Just £17 could put a memory box in the hands of two children so they can keep treasured items, helping them to remember their loved one in a way that is personal to them.
Just £65 could fund the Freephone Helpline for a day allowing Winston's Wish to answer calls for help from families and professionals and allowing the children they care for to get the support they need.
£140 could cover the cost of operating their website for a week, providing vital information to families and professionals and Help2MakeSense, a support forum for bereaved young people.
