A group of friends and supporters of the Museum are planning a sponsored cycle ride on Sunday 18th June this year. 7 years agoThe day after, and who would plan to do a long cycle ride on the hottest day of the year. Well the heat slowed us down a bit, but the whole team made it, and we arrived at the musum to a lovely welcome just after 3pm. Well done to everyone who took part and helped us out on the day. A special mention for Margaret and Becky for whom this was the first longer ride. Despite the heat, they stuck at it and made it to the finish line. Margaret you were amamzing to keep going up hints hill, our very own king of the mountains.
