Sadly Robert Alan Sams passed away on the 17th of march 2023 after suffering a heart attack and a stroke all in the same week, this was very unexpected and sudden, one week we were making arrangements for him to come home the next, we were make funeral arrangements and still doesn’t seem real. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him and will live on in all of our hearts and will never be forgotten. The money raised for Robert will now be donated to the ICU at St Thomas hospital for new equipment, wheelchairs etc. As a family we felt this was the best place to put the money as appreciate their tireless efforts with Rob, especially in the first few months of his arrival in keeping him alive long enough for his whole family to say their goodbyes unknowingly before the inevitable happened.

Robert was a Son, a Brother, a Dad, a Grandad, a Nephew, a Boyfriend, an Uncle, a Friend, a Colleague to so many people, im sure I speak for us all when I say, I miss you Rob, love you always, may you rest in peace.
