Rovno Hospital used to be a traditional hospital, however due to the current conflict in Ukraine has now become a dedicated rehabilitation centre for both veterans and civilians injured in the conflict. The hospital is now entirely dependant on charity donations for all its staffing and equipment needs.

The hospital is ideally located in a calming pine forest removed from the hectic and often dangerous realities of modern Ukraine, however it desperately needs your donations to provide the care and support the injured so need.

Hospital facilities currently consist of ultra sound, x-ray and laboratory. As its prime purpose is to aid the recovery from injuries acquired during conflict it has a particular focus on rehabilitation. To this end it has a gymnasium, 15m swimming pool and stationery bikes.

The hospital is in constant need of medications, medical perishables such as bandages as well as patient equipment focused on those with movement difficulties such as wheel chairs and crutches.

By the middle of 2016, the hospital had treated approximately 700 patients and supported many more relatives. Your generous donation will help the hospital address the current shortfalls in equipment it is facing and ideally would allow it to treat a greater number of concurrent patients through the expansion of patient accommodation and increased staffing.
