Rowan O'Malley is the strongest 10 year old -56kg powerlifter of all time.

His work ethic is amazing and he is fortunate to have the support of Bromwich Hardy enabling him to return to the USAPL Youth Nationals South Carolina in July, 2024 to once again represent the UK and set world records, and be an ambassador for youth development through his training.
