What is crowdfunding?

Story
The PE department of Stoke Newington School are taking 92 young people to Holland in April 2017 for a football and netball tour. Some of our young people cannot afford to fund the trip themselves and require our help. We do not want them to miss out on this experience which I know will stay with them in their fondest memories of school.

My name is Ed Hill and I am running 10K to raise money for the SNS sports tour in April. Whilst this is not a large distance, the wide variety of injuries I have sustained over the years means that even walking up (or down) stairs causes me pain. This 10K is going to hurt.
