Story
Hi,
I'm setting out to complete a challenge from my "Bucket List". I intend to use my experience to raise much needed funds for three great causes, close to my heart. The National Autistic Society, champions the cause of people with Autism and works to integrate these people into the wider community by developing broader understanding of the condition and the challenges it presents to those with it and to their carers/ families. My second cause is Adelphi Care Services who provide long term care and support to adults with learning disabilities and those on the autistic spectrum.
My final cause is Midlands Cave Rescue Organisation which provides 24/7/365 emergency response cover for underground and surface search incidents through the midlands and in support of other teams across the country.
My challenge is to walk approximately 120 miles of the South West Coast Path and you can follow my progress at: https://www.facebook.com/Rushtons-South-West-Coast-Path-Challenge-853122201486399/?fref=ts
I hope you will recognise the great work of my three causes and be willing to make a donation which will be shared equally between the three. The three causes are close to my heart because my eldest son is autistic and because I have a lifelong interest in mining history which has meant I now volunteer for Midlands Cave Rescue Organisation. Links to the three causes can be found on my Challenge page, linked above.
Thank you for your time and support.

I have also enjoyed seeing the mining world heritage site remains and the variable geology that Cornwall has to offer. I have also seen some of Cornwall's iconic places such as Land's End and St Michael's Mount. I am pleased to say that donations are still being made and hope this continues. I still ho
