It's bad enough seeing children ill at anytime, but over Christmas, when they should be spending a magical time, at home, with their families, makes it even worse.

At Russell's Muay Thai & Contact Sports, we like to annually raise money to put a smile on those poor children's faces.

This year we are completing a sponsored 24 hour Spar-a-thon, on the 17-18th December, in order to raise the funds to buy the children at Derriford Hospital a cuddly toy each for Christmas.

They are also in need of portable DVD players, to entertain the children on their trip to and from Bristol (and other) Hospitals. as well as 5 PlayStation Controllers for the cubicles. Therefore, we are looking to raise enough money to buy them these.

No matter how little, please donate to support us on brightening up the faces of Plymouths poorly children at Christmas.

The event will include the team sparring for 24 hours alongside a bake sale, raffle with some excellent prizes, men being waxed and much more. If you would like more information about the event, please contact Zoe on 07815958300.
