So as many of you know on August 11th Guadia Civil conduced a raid on an apartment in the same block Ryan And Fabio were living this summer finding a large amount of drugs. After not being able to locate the tenant of the apartment Ryan and Fabio's along with other apartments were also raided.

Although the raid on Ryan and Fabios apartment showed no sign of drugs or anything to link them to the apartment on the floor above Ryan and Fabio were arrested.

Upon contacting the British embassy to find out why Ryan and Fabio had not been released (after full cooperation with the Guadia Civil and Polica) it was later we found the severity of the situation they had been dragged into.

With the tenant of the apartment being linked to 'Operation DEJU' (an operation 7 Spanish people had already been arrested in connection with and over £500,000 of drugs seized) The courts and Spanish police did not have to disclose any information even to the British embassy.

FINALLY after already having spent nearly 4 months locked up as prisoners working with the British Embassy and Ryan and Fabio's solicitors we've managed to get bail granted.

Unfortunately they've set a bail price of £10,000 per person and as soon as this is paid they will release both them. In what can only be described as another example of the corruption in Spanish justice system.

I know its coming up to Christmas and money is going to be tight but whats going to be a better present to the friends and family of Ryan and Fabio then to see them not locked up for Christmas.
