The 9th Samworth Brothers Charity Challenge is an adventure race where teams of four from our sites, customers and suppliers compete and plan a route around locations on a map worth different points. There are 50 teams each weekend competing in tough, super tough and elite categories. This year's event on 11th or 18th May 2024 is being held in Ambleside on the banks of Lake Windemere.

Each team selects their own charity and uses the event to earn sponsorship pledging to raise a minimum of £2,000. The Charity Challenge also pledges to raise money for local charities which is presented at a celebratory meal prepared by Samworth chefs.

This year's local charities are Project John and Springfield Support who support young people and those who have experienced domestic abuse respectively.

This crowd funding page is to support donations to these charities via our Charity challenge raffle. We have some great prizes to be won each weekend including £500 of shopping vouchers, an Apple i-pad and an Apple watch.
