Sarthak is committed towards working for the people with disabilities, their families and communities to create sustainable change and make an inclusive India with equal dignity & respect for the disabled. Sarthak team understands what it takes to ensure that no one is left behind. Programs and services have been designed to ensure that a large group of youth with disabilities is able to access quality skill education and training opportunities.

Sarthak has trained and placed more than 37,000 and 26,000 disabled people so far. In addition, 2670 and 500 children with disability have been also rehabilitated through its 'Early Intervention' and 'Inclusive Education' initiatives.

Through the support of our patrons and supporters, we have empowered 1 million people in various ways and now aim to create sustainable employment opportunities for 0.1 million young people with disabilities by 2025.
