Hi, my son in his twenties has high functioning autism. This has led to many health issues over the years. Unfortunately, his teeth have deteriorated to a massive degree due to anxiety related to the dentist. We could get him to a specialist but they will only offer him dentures. At twenty -one with many confidence issues this is devastating for him. He won't consider any life choices and doesn't even want to smile. We would love to get him help privately as his teeth are literally rotting in his mouth. Therefore we are trying to raise funds to pay for specialist treatment. It will hopefully give him a life and a future. He actually said 'I will never have a girlfriend or a life looking like this.'
