so for anyone that knows me i am a massive couch potato and there is nothing i would rather do… just over a year ago i needed something to get me active i personally wasnt happy with the weight i gained and my mental health was just as bad. In simple terms.

i then ended up becoming a volunteer dog walker and i fell head over heels for this lurcher named shadow. He saved me; whether it was raining or sunny we was out walking; shadow has now gone to an Amazing rescue in merseyside called celandine wood animal rescue

it is shadows 3rd birthday this year in july and ive decided i would like to raise £300 to support this rescue; they give animals a second or third (maybe more) chances in life and id love to be able to give back to them for taking on not only shadow but many other animals.

what will i be doing? i will look to walk 350,000 steps over the space from 1st May 2024 - 30th June 2024;
