Since Shelbys relationship ended she has not seen her 15 week old baby boy Noah. 7 days ago Noah's father took him and refuses to return him! For any new mum 7 days feels like 7 months.
Due to recent changes in the way legal aid is managed, means Shelby is not automatically granted the funds to fight in our family courts, for her son to be returned. Noah needs his mummy just as much as she needs him, unfortunately his little voice can not be heard.
