When I set out with my own small collection of crafted items a year ago I had no idea about social media, facebook pages or dreaded networking. What an awakening I had. My talent lays more in technology than crafting if I am honest. After a few months of joining the crafting community I realised the disadvantage many talented people are facing. Yes setting up a facebook page is free, however networking that page is time consuming, stressful and very often a frustrating experience. I wanted to help, how could I help?? How could I bridge the gap between small businesses and obligatory networking?? Shopbyshoutout was born and slowly at nearly a year old, we are a support to hundreds of business and crafters all up and down the UK! I want to take my organisation to a higher platform I hope within a year to launch as website. For that I need a computer with more uptodate software and grpahic capabilities. I want to be able to provide a community where every single crafter is featured fairly, consistently and as often as I can.
