Me and my friend really would like to complete our silver Duke of Edinburgh awards, but due to unfortunate circumstances my friend can no longer participate in the walking expedition.
After researching her options, I discovered that the two of us could perhaps do a canoeing expedition, which would suit her needs better. The only issue is that this would cost more than the walking expeditions due to the need to go to a specialised company and hire their services, and we unfortunately do not have have the required funds to do this, therefore I suggested to her that we make a 'just giving' page to try to raise some funds to put towards our plan.
