We are local mams who have just got council backing for a youth club. We are trying to raise funds as the only suitable place for the youth club needs roof repair and a new boiler. The area that we live in has nothing for children to do especially vulnerable children. We aim to change this for the better and get to know our children properly and get them involved in the youth club. After the two biggest problems are solved we need to get arts and crafts stuff PlayStation etc for the kids to play with. We are aiming to get in and running asap but we need to fundraise as much as possible if we are to have this idea take off. The kids have already backed the idea for a youth club as they are just getting into trouble hanging around on the street corners. We need to stick together as a community and show the local government we can achieve what we set out to do. Thank you for taking the time to read this .
