After losing 1 of my brothers to Suicide in August 2022, a big family Christmas was organised and the family from Torquay came to visit us in Southampton. At this family event, the idea of a Charity Ball was mentioned.

From this it grew into the huge success, that was the Its OK To Talk Charity Ball

That night we raised a massive £20,150 which we donated to the charity Andys Man Club.

I decided after that I still wasn’t done with raising awareness so……… The Southampton to Torquay walk was born.

Why Southampton to Torquay?

Jason, my brother, was born in Southampton and in younger years moved to Torquay where he settled and started a family and stayed.
