Update on our fundraising progress…

So, our team has completed this year’s endurance event, climbing the three highest peaks in the UK (Ben Nevis, Scaffel Pike, and Snowdon) in 24 hours!!! We would like to thank the team and our generous fundraisers for their efforts – you smashed it!!!

Now it is time to focus on our next event in our summer of fundraising - ‘Sleep Under the Stars’ 2024.

What is 'Sleep Under the Stars'? 'Sleep Under the Stars' is a fundraising event which allows families to experience a ‘sleep out’ adventure, whilst supporting a great cause. 'Sleeping out' may mean different things to different people, depending on their personal circumstances and preferences. You can choose to pitch a tent in your garden or somewhere away from the family home. You may find it comforting to sleep on your trampoline (we call it campolining), or you may choose to place some fairy lights above your normal sleeping spot. Wherever and whenever you choose to 'sleep out' is fine with us.

When? Sleep Under the Stars event will commence on the 24th of August and end on the 31st of August 2024.

How can I fundraise? To join the fun and fundraise for Spectropolis, you can make a donation of your choosing (any amount is appreciated). N.B. Please make sure to leave your email address when making a donation so a link to the stories can be sent to you.

Bedtime Stories - As a 'thank you' for joining our fundraising event, you will receive a link via a JustGiving message the week before the event, which will take you to our exclusive YouTube bedtime story playlist. We have a range of wonderfully inclusive bedtime stories, narrated by outstanding actors, public figures, and storytellers. We hope you enjoy your adventure!
