Hey! I'm Mia Grace, ive just started up my own podcast called Spill The Tea, I’m a 21 year old musician, for as long as I remember I have always had a passion for music and from the naïve age of 16 I divulged myself into the industry, for what I thought was all sequins and glitter turned out not to be quite the case. I find myself in a love hate relationship with the industry, and the thing I hate the most is the controlled content listeners and viewers see. This is why this podcast has been created, there will be no content control, listeners will hear exactly what is going on, the good, the bad and the ugly.

This podcast will be delving into the deeper and darker side of the music industry. Aiming to educate and inform anyone interested in music about the well-being, emotional constraints, industry pressure and much more. Chatting with some of the most experienced professionals in the industry, as well as up and coming artists.

This podcast focuses on a range of different themes across the series, including mental health, drugs and alcohol, social media, pressures from major labels, the challenge of the pay gap, sexualisation and much more!
