I am running a half marathon on 9th March in Battersea park to raise funds for St Mary Magdalene Primary School in Peckham, which her son, Sebastian, attends.

The school is a very small primary school with a big heart. It serves a diverse population and is highly inclusive, with high numbers of children with special educational needs and high levels of disadvantage.

It provides a quality education and excellent pastoral support. The school has recently opened a nursery for 3 and 4 year olds to broaden its provision enabling children to have the best start to their primary school life.

All funds raised will go towards this new nursery provision – in particular to fund a new outside canopy to further develop the outdoor learning provision.
